- Regardless of what you're focusing on (securing a new role, brainstorming about your medium/long-term career strategy, developing your leadership skills, working on your self-confidence, just to name a few) HerCircle is here to support you with:
- How much time should I dedicate to make the most of it?
- Everyone is different when it comes to their routine, daily life & commitments so the first question you need to ask yourself is: how much time am I willing to commit to make the most of HerCircle?
- To give you a framework to work with, it can be as little as 2 hours/month (to attend the monthly live accountability session and the monthly learning session) and up to 1-2 hours/week, to give you the time to work towards your goals and action plan
- I've got a specific situation & question I need to ask, how can I get support?
- On our private Slack channel, you can use the 'questions' channel and AnaΓ―s will ensure all questions listed there are answered every Monday, so you can get personalised support & start your week on the right track
